You can have 2 different users if you have 2 laundry keys, with an activation code each. If you only have 1 laundry key, it will be connected to one specific account and you will NOT be able to register a new user if, for example, you have forgotten the code to your existing user.
To pay by card, enter your card number, expiration date and CVV/CVD and then press Pay.
Enter your own phone number, and then open your MobilePay app. Then you can transfer the money.
Log in to your existing PayPal account or sign in as a new user. Then pay.
BLOCK LAUNDRY KEY
To block your personal laundry key, first press the “more” icon and then the “block laundry key” icon. Press “block” next to your laundry key.
OPEN LAUNDRY KEY
If you have blocked your laundry key and want to unlock it, first press “more” and then “block laundry key” where you will find the option of removing the blocking.
NO INTERNET CONNECTION
If your laundry has no internet connection, you can't communicate with the payment system at the laundry. That' why you can't book a machine or see the machines that are free/in use.
If your housing association has deliberately deselected the option of the residents to book a machine using e-vaskeri, this feature will not be available to you.
