GETTING STARTED USING YOUR NEW WASHING TAG

You and your neighbours are switching to a new payment method and therefore you will recieve a new washing tag.
From now on you will have to transfer money to your washing tag yourself.
See how to switch and how you transfer money in the guide below:

FIRST

CLOSE ACCOUNT

If you haven't got an account proceed to SECOND step.

If you have an existing account on e-vaskeri you need to close it first. See how:

 

STEP A

Open e-vaskeri and enter your personal user information. Press "log in"

 

STEP B

Close your account by selecting the menu item "Close my account" in the upper right corner.

 

STEP C

Now you enter your one-time code, which you automatically recieve in an SMS or e-mail. After entering your code, close your account.

 

SECOND

CREATE USER

 

STEP A

Download e-vaskeri to your smartphone in App Store or Google Play. If you don't have a smartphone, visit e-vaskeri

 

STEP B

Open your e-vaskeri app and select "Create user" on the front page.

 

 

STEP C

Find your laundry by entering the address, zip code or city of its location. Press “choose”.

 

STEP D

Activate your washing tag by selecting "order activation code". Your activation code is shown on the front page in the app. Now go to your laundry and scan your washing tag on the payment system. Enter your code - your washing tag is now activated.

Read and accept conditions and privacy policy to see all features on e-vaskeri.

 

SECOND

TRANSFER MONEY

 

STEP A

Open e-vaskeri, enter your personal user information. Press “Log in”.

 

STEP B

Select the menu item "More" in the menu bar at the bottom of the page.

 

 

STEP C

You transfer money to your washing tag by selecting “Transfer money”.

 

Auto Refill

You can opt for automatic refill of your washing tag, so you always have money in your laundry account. Put x in the box next to “Sign up for Auto Refill” when transferring funds. When your balance becomes negative, the selected amount will automatically be transferred to your washing tag.

You can unsubscribe from auto refill at any time.
