Welcome as a user in the laundry

Create user guide

1. Download e-vaskeri™

Download e-vaskeri on your smartphone in the App store or Google Play app. If you don’t own a smartphone, you can visit www.e-vaskeri.dk

2. Create user

Open the app and choose “Create user” on the home page. If you’re already signed up, you can log in by entering your information and pressing “log in”

3. Find your laundry

Find your laundry by entering the laundry’s name, address, postal code or city and pressing “choose”

4. Choose 'order tag'

To order your new tag you must press “Order tag”. You will now be led to the page, where you can complete your order. Then follow the directions on the screen.

1. Accept privacy policy
 

Read and accept our privacy policy. Then you are all set up to use e-vaskeri.

2. Order tag
 

Order a tag by pressing “Order tag”. Then select the amount you want to transfer to your tag and press “order”.

3. Receive your tag

You can now look forward to receiving your new laundry tag in the mail. When the tag arrives, you are ready to use the laundry. Follow the directions in the activation letter.

Transfer money guide

1. Log in

Open e-vaskeri, enter your information and press “log in”

2. Choose 'more'

Choose the tab ”more” in the menu bar at the bottom of the page

3. Confirm

Transfer money to your laundry tag by selecting “transfer funds”. Then follow the directions on the screen.
