Overview of fees
When returning equipment later than the reserved end time
- 0–2 minutes late: DKK 0 incl. VAT
- Per 30 minutes late beyond the first 2 minutes: DKK 10 incl. VAT
The maximum late return fee is listed in the app for each item of equipment. If the equipment is not returned within 24 hours after the reservation end time, Nortec may consider the equipment lost and charge compensation equivalent to the equipment’s replacement value.
When returning equipment in significantly soiled condition
- DKK 250 incl. VAT
A soiled condition is defined as visible dirt, soil, mud, food residues, liquids, or odour nuisances.
For removal/withdrawal of equipment without a valid booking/access
- DKK 500 incl. VAT
This also applies to equipment reserved by other users. No fee will be charged if the situation is due to a documented system error.
When returning equipment in damaged condition
If equipment is returned in damaged condition, Nortec may charge documented repair costs. If repair is not possible or not economically reasonable, Nortec may charge for replacement, up to the equipment’s full replacement value.
