Service agreement: Buy without worries
When you buy your own machines, uncertainty may follow. What if a machine breaks down or a problem arises? This uncertainty disappears with a service agreement at Nortec. Our customer service is ready with answers, and our skilled team of technicians travels nationwide.
Free support
Access to support from 8 AM-4 PM on weekdays. Our customer service handles over 50,000 calls annually. The average waiting time is only 32 seconds, and 9 out of 10 inquiries are resolved immediately.
Free service
In our service agreement, there is naturally free service on all machines. Everything from transport time and driving costs to repair time and spare parts is included. Our technicians know the machines and can act quickly. This provides daily security for you.
Annual inspection (additional purchase)
You can choose to purchase an annual inspection. Here, Nortec's inspection technicians will come and check the machines for errors, perform a thorough cleaning and empty the drains, etc.
