Attent employs hundreds of cleaners daily across their many clients. Their efficiency depends on having clean mops and cloths ready for use.

They initially used a central laundry with both household machines and supplier-owned machines, but frequent breakdowns and lack of prioritization by suppliers led to high repair costs and additional textile inventory. Investing in household machines proved costly as they were unsuitable for heavily soiled mops and cloths.

These frustrations and operational instability prompted Attent to seek a new solution ensuring daily stability and excellent service.

We were looking for a laundry partner who understood our vision and could support our growth and development focus. We found that with Nortec.

Found an agreement and solution that fit

Attent and Nortec determined that a rental solution was the most cost-effective and flexible option. They installed a setup with a large and a small washing machine with MopCare™ programs and a large dryer at the Tønder department, all without initial costs for Attent. The agreement includes unlimited service and maintenance.

Laundry towers are also being installed at Attent's customers, as it's often more cost-effective than transporting textiles to the central laundry. Nortec handles installation and removal of machines promptly if customer relationships change.

The agreements are simple with short termination notices, and the solution is continuously adjusted in collaboration between Nortec and Attent. When service is needed, their Nortec technician often arrives the same day.
