Modernization of Morbærhaven's communal laundries

Attractive and cozy premises promote social interaction in the four communal laundries of Morbærhaven.

When the four communal laundries in Morbærhaven needed their machines replaced, Albertslund Ungdomsboliger also chose to invest in a complete renovation of the premises to create a more attractive and inviting environment for the young residents. In addition to modernization, the laundries have also adopted a greener agenda, including the use of Neutral detergents and the implementation of an automatic soap dosing system.

The idea behind the design of our laundry room has been to create a modern, bright and inviting space. Inviting for social interaction among neighbors, so that the laundry room could be a place not only for washing clothes, but also for socializing, possibly meeting new neighbors and striking up conversations.
