Renovated machines in the laundry

Randers City Camp, located in the beautiful Fladbro forest, has chosen renovated machines for their communal laundries. In addition to the stunning view of the scenic Nørreådal, Randers City Camp now offers a modern laundry solution for its many visiting guests. While the laundry is running, guests can enjoy a swim in the pool, a game of table tennis or even a visit to Randers Regnskov.

Camp managers Bianca and Ronni faced the task of establishing a new laundry and replacing their old machines. The laundry solution is a crucial service for their guests, especially for the many long-term visitors to the campsite.

With their previous laundry, they often experienced breakdowns, and maintenance became a significant expense. Their new agreement with Nortec ensures high operational reliability in their laundries, benefiting both guests and staff.

Nortec handles all service and maintenance of the machines. With this solution, we now have a beautiful and modern laundry facility that always operates smoothly. If a machine experiences an issue, we can easily request service through Nortec's website, and they will promptly come by to resolve the problem.

Renovated and ready anew

Randers City Camp's two laundries consist of used machines that have passed through our workshop, where they have been refurbished and tested to begin a new life.

At Nortec, we take back used machines when establishing new laundries. Often, we can refurbish the machines or breathe new life into the parts in another unit. Our machines are part of a circular ecosystem where we repair and recycle both whole machines and individual components for as long as possible. This benefits both customers and the environment.

Guests pay with their key card, and their usage is automatically registered on their bill so they can settle it before departure. We are very pleased with the collaboration and have noticed that more guests choose to do their laundry while staying with us since we switched to the new solution.
