Support and service

We handle the service of the laundry as well as user support. All users can request service or contact customer service every day, 365 days a year.

Insurance

Insurance included

We insure the laundry against fire, vandalism, theft and water damage. Simple and reassuring.

Contract length

The TotalCare agreement runs for a minimum of 10 years because our machines are built to last at least that long. This also ensures that the investment is covered and the washing price is kept low.

Machine replacement

If a machine breaks down, we replace it immediately with an equivalent or better model. You are therefore guaranteed a functional and modern laundry for all the years you have TotalCare.

Short notice period

You can always exit the agreement with just one year's notice. You simply buy out the laundry equipment at its depreciated value at the time (calculated from 100% at startup to 0% at the agreed contract end).

Standing by our commitment

If, contrary to expectations, you find that we do not operate a functional laundry, you can terminate the agreement immediately. We thrive best when both parties in the agreement are happy.
