Nortec expands the group of owners with four (familiar) faces
Since 1988, Nortec has been a 100% Danish-owned company – and it will continue to be so. Now, however, the group of owners is being expanded with four familiar faces, all of whom have been part of Nortec for many years, precisely a total of 39 years combined. This creates a solid foundation for the company's continued positive development in the future.
A netural evolution
From leadership team to group of owners
We are pleased to welcome Lone Jensen, Dan Vium, Jacob Amlund and Steen Duus as part of Nortec's group of owners. These four are all familiar faces within Nortec, who also form part of the company's leadership team. They are therefore four key individuals who have played central roles in the daily operations and development of Nortec over many years.
A larger part of Nortec
In their respective roles, Lone, Dan, Jacob, and Steen have been greatly responsible for steering Nortec safely through both good and challenging times. It is therefore a natural step to incorporate them into the group of owners, thereby tying them even closer to Nortec. Each has contributed to the company's growth and success, and it means a lot that they have agreed to become an even larger part of the company's future.
Continued high service focus
The core of Nortec remains that we all do our utmost to provide each customer and user with attentive and exceptionally high service. With the expansion of the group of owners to include Lone, Dan, Jacob and Steen, we will be even stronger. This applies both internally in terms of the development and optimization of our solutions, and also in ensuring that we can continue to maintain a full focus on delivering the best service to our customers and users.
They each bring a wide range of knowledge within their respective areas, so I am pleased to be able to tie them even closer to the continued operations and development of Nortec.

Same values and culture
With the expansion of the group of owners, Nortec now consists of six owners. Michael Sand (on the right) remains the CEO and majority owner, while the founder, Tom Madsen (on the left), continues to be part of the ownership group.
Although our range of products and solutions has expanded over the past few years, first with charging stations and then with the sale of detergents, excellent service remains the cornerstone of everything we do. This has been the case ever since Tom started Nortec 35 years ago – and it will always be so at Nortec.
About the new co-owners
Although the new co-owners are well-known within the company, we have decided to share a few words about their current roles at Nortec, their backgrounds, and how they contribute every day to ensuring that Nortec keeps its promise of delivering excellent service to our customers and users.
