Your laundry is a Nortec TotalCareº laundry. This means that Nortec is taking care of the operation, so that you are assured of an inviting and functional laundry. Our goal is that the laundry should be a nice place to come; the machines should deliver washing results of a top quality and they should be easy for you to operate.

Call service

We are ready to help you all days of the week from 8.00-20.00.

Monday to Thursday from 8.00-16.00 and Friday from 8.00-14.00 you can call for a service technician, in case the payment system or one of the laundry’s machines is not working properly.

If the payment system is defective, or the whole laundry is out of service, you can call for emergency service in the evening and in the weekends.

Go to www.help.nortec.dk call us at 51 57 36 22 to report the laundry. Inform us of the laundry no. when you call.
