WELCOME TO THE LAUNDRY

Your laundry is a Nortec TotalCare™ laundry. This means that Nortec is taking care of the operation, so that you are assured of an inviting and functional laundry. Our goal is that the laundry should be a nice place to come; the machines should deliver washing results of a top quality and they should be easy for you to operate.


 

STEP 1

LAUNDRY APP

With the laundry app, e-vaskeri, you always have your laundry at hand. Here you have access to your personal laundry account; you can change your personal information, keep an eye on your consumption and see the functions, which are available in your laundry. You can also use the laundry app via www.e-vaskeri.dk


 

STEP 2

NEW USER

If you are a new user, then welcome to your laundry. Get started using the laundry by setting up yourself as a user at www.nortec.dk/new-user


 

STEP 3

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do you have questions to your account, or are you in any doubt how to use the app e-vaskeri? Then click on www.nortec.dk/faq - here you find the answers to most questions. You are also always welcome to call us at +(45) 76 43 70 06.

 


 

STEP 4

CALL SERVICE

We are ready to help you all days of the week from 8.00-20.00.

 

Monday to Thursday from 8.00-16.00 and Friday from 8.00-14.00 you can call for a service technician, in case the payment system or one of the laundry’s machines is not working properly.

 

If the payment system is defective, or the whole laundry is out of service, you can call for emergency service in the evening and in the weekends.

 

Go to www.nortec.dk/report-error call us at 51 57 36 22 to report the laundry. Inform us of the laundry no. when you call.
